A small home-grown chain that has experienced exponential growth since opening in 2012, &pizza is a fresh fast-casual pizza concept that features a fully customizable menu. As the brand began to take off, the founders turned to HapstakDemetriou+ to assist them with a mid-course pivot in their layout and design. Clean lines and simple finishes keep the focus on the food and the experience. The prominent use of white and lighter tones focuses attention on the colors of the pizza. With a brand focusing on connection and coming together, each location features a monolithic community table and a unique element representative of the style and attitude of the neighborhood.
