Denver Winery

An old manufacturing/warehouse campus development nestled within the Rino Point neighborhood, this 24,000 GSF project was designed to take full advantage of the adaptive reuse approach to give new use to the existing conditions of the site. With its previous life as a manufacturing facility, the celebrated exposed structure became the central theme for a new life as an assembly function. This project was designed, fully approved by the City of Denver, and began construction in 2020 when the pandemic halted construction and this project was put on hold indefinitely.
