Perla 810 O Street
Perla 810 O Street is an impressive and distinctly elegant condominium residence located in the heart of DC. HD was tasked with the interior design work of the amenity spaces of the lobby, as well as work on the corridors and resident spaces. This unique project provided the opportunity to employ a sophisticated color palette to create a timeless and welcoming atmosphere. The design challenge stemmed from the building's relationship to the urban setting; recognizing the buzz of the city while providing a feel of luxury without grandiose or flashy features. Natural materials accented with refined metals, leathers, and finishes create a sophisticated, classy timeless interior. The Lobby is designed to be more muted in tones whereas the rooftop Amenities space and surrounding terraces offer a more refined and plush feel, with lighter and brighter materials. The beautiful lobby lounge and amenity spaces offer the perfect setting to make guests feel welcome, meet the neighbors, or wait out the weather by a crackling fireplace.
