Shilling Canning Company

A 70-seat restaurant located in the Navy Yard, Shilling’s Canning Company embodies the classic American Tavern with a modern take. White-washed brick walls and dark wood accents frame a centrally-located kitchen with a copper wood-fired oven. The 4,000 SF interior space features a bar, lounge, and intimate private dining rooms that flank the corners of the restaurant with views into a charcuterie room and wine storage display. The guest experience is further exemplified by a Carrera marble raw bar and chef’s counter in the foreground of the kitchen. The restaurant also includes a 25-seat outdoor patio which will feature a covered trellis draped in bistro-style string lights surrounded by planters filled with a variety of herbs and vegetables for the kitchen.
